This is the place to buy - superb quality in every way - I can rarely say that these days in my 60+ years on planet earth! This product reminds me of old school quality from the USA. I haven't had the offset issues that some others have - bought these 4 packs and saved a few bucks over two pairs. Quickly installed as stated and confirmed by other reviews. After fiddling with the first one, I've found that it's better to completely loosen the built-in nut bolts - the bottom panel won't fall into the hole because the ring will hold it. Then simply insert the device and tighten the screws (by hand - do not use an impact wrench as some parts are made of plastic. Tighten the screws alternately so that the plate is pulled out evenly. I had to undo a knot and tighten it again because the ring lifts slightly .Only 10 minutes of which 5 minutes was spent learning the first propeller trick.
