Memory card accessory failure rate 1%

I have deployed about 350 HID readers in various environments and my failure rate is around 1%. I have some in the heat and direct sunlight in Phoenix, Arizona, some outdoors in snow, rain and -40 degrees in Wisconsin and other states. I also have some in the freezer, where it's always 32 degrees. My failure rate is around 1% including some failures caused by lighting.
