My son really likes these. They sound great and the mic works well.After a few months of them working great, he started not being able to hear out of one ear. I don’t know if it was the headphones or if he wasn’t treating them right (he’s 7). I contacted the company and they replaced them quickly - I inquired on a Friday and they got back to me that evening and corresponded through the weekend. I got the replacement headphones by Wednesday. It was awesome! They were so helpful.
