High quality but not V1.2
Nice thermal cover, thick and durable. Provides thermal synchronization for 3 chips. Avoid thermal paste and use thermal pads, which only cost a few dollars on top of your stock. I wasn't sure what size so I used 1.5mm thinking they would shrink. 1mm would probably be better to put less strain on the chips. Keep in mind that these are version 1.1 devices with a USB-C issue, not newer version 1.2 boards.
