None of the devices meet the specification

I bought 5 of these devices to mount 3 LED panels. It was required to draw 120W (12V*10A as stated on the product page) but neither board could approach from a distance without overheating the right (grid side) mosfet for 10 seconds. After adding heatsinks + fans to all PSUs, I was able to get them up to 11V without overheating. The toroid and left mosfet get hot, but the fan seems to be able to cool them down enough for stable operation. Now for the issues I had with these boards: - All the boards had conductive pads + some kind of cured silicone glue that bonds them to the case which means they emit almost no heat. This led to overheating over time, even with a relatively low power consumption of 70-80W. If you plan to use them for input powers over 50W, I strongly recommend adding heatsinks and a fan. -2 boards can't deliver 10A at 12V and shut down at just over 11V. These were replacement parts, not the boards I ran thermal tests on. Luckily I avoided this problem as my boards only required an 11V output, but this can be a hurdle for those who need a board that meets the specs. A power supply had a capacitor with one terminal not soldered to the board. Even after fixing all the soldering points, this board could not deliver more than 8.5V under load. I had to throw these away. - 4 out of 5 boards had mosfets installed incorrectly meaning they were crooked and needed to be fixed before a heatsink could be added. - 3 out of 5 screw terminals were rusty. - 1 of 5 screw terminals were with screws. so that he could not attach the wire (i.e. he was cleaning it). I highly recommend removing the screw terminals and soldering directly to the board. It was easy to do and eliminated a potential point of failure. A pre-drilled hole for the box is just below the power connector, increasing the risk of sparks. I suggest drilling a hole in the case elsewhere if you want to attach it with a screw. I was going to give these boxes 3 stars but then I noticed they increased the price and this is not a quality product worthy of a $20+ price tag. I bought them for $11 and they still seemed expensive to me compared to competitor boards that cost between $8 and $10 since I couldn't use a cool case that I realized had one deserved a higher price. However, if they fix ALL their shortcomings, I might see better price guarantee reliability, but I won't be buying more to find out!
