When I received the epilator, I was happy. The packaging was fine, the product looked good enough, the quality was good. not used yet. It doesn't have the same power as my Epiladia and takes forever to remove hair. I can keep him still in one place and nothing, I can move him back and forth in the same place and eventually he will grab his hair. In many cases, it simply breaks the hair, leaving small stubble. It took me 40 minutes to get my legs done last week and as I have been using an epilator for many years there was only a few hairs. It took almost 3 minutes to get a hair. Tweezers can be plucked faster. Now I will definitely buy a new Epilady epilator.
