Generally satisfied. Put it on top of the fuel and turn right a few clicks. Then, HOLDING THE COVER, insert the key FULLY and turn halfway to the right to lock. Then remove the key. The cap must rotate freely in any direction. (You may have to play with the cap to lock/unlock it. I lubricated the keyhole and key a little, and sparingly applied some silicone grease to the rubber seal. I had no trouble locking or unlocking the cap). Pay attention to the right/left free position and keep the lid steady during the locking/unlocking process.
