Suitable for haircuts, but not for washing hair.
This beautiful oversized cape fits most people and is great. This material keeps hair debris and hair products off your body, but don't expect your hair to be completely dry after washing. Unfortunately, that was my main reason for buying this raincoat. I wet and rinsed my hair and I had a wet t-shirt underneath. Because of this, I ended up sending it back. It's a shame because I make this pattern neat.
