Review on 🧴 La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer: Ceramide & Niacinamide Daily Cream for All Skin Types, Oil-Free & Fragrance-Free by Elizabeth Morton

UPDATE: This update is a few months late, but I got a response from their support team. Initially, they advised me to try the product without toner or oil. Then they told me to go to a dermatologist and examine the skin. Apparently, this is a product that only people with perfect skin can use. I have pretty good skin and have never had this problem with any other moisturizer. Such a shame. Do not buy this project. First review - I loved La Roche-Posay. I've been using their cleaners for a long time. I wanted to try their moisturizer and sunscreen but I'm very disappointed. Like other reviews, this product causes a lot of pilling. I can only use this on my face at the moment because of the quarantine, I rarely go outside. Do not use this moisturizer with makeup. Before writing this review I contacted their customer service and asked if this was an old moisturizer or if I should use a different product but I received no response. I also got their melting sunscreen from CVS and that was disappointing too. Super greasy and definitely not suitable for makeup. Unfortunately due to Covid19 restrictions I am unable to return it. I really wanted to love this brand but I don't think I will buy their products again.
