I bought this set of steel measuring spoons to replace two ceramic sets I previously owned. I bought ceramic spoons because they were themed and I thought they were "cute". When one of my second spoons broke from simply hand washing it and putting too much pressure on the handle (when did I become the Incredible Hulk?), I decided it was time to get practical and me Get some stainless steel spoons. .I spent a little more money and bought this set because it had six bullets instead of four. I love baking and precision is key and I loved the inclusion of 1/8 tsp and 1½ Tbsp scoops. Sure I could figure that out with division, but I'm not good at math or fractions, and anything that helps me avoid this is appreciated. Another plus of this set is the strong metal ring that holds them all together. This makes it much easier to hang them on my wall mounted magnetic knife holder with hooks.
