Easy for staff to use - no need to learn new programs or codes which can be confusing at times when using more than one computer/program etc. Good training options available online so not much time lost in learning how things workBest thing about this system is being able to access it via mobile device as well (phone). Customer service could have been better with some features but overall good customer supportOverall cost savings compared with paper records. Not really any downsides although I guess if there were we would know by now since its only been around 6 months!! We are saving money through less admin / paperwork tasks plus having an up to date database means everything is easy to find.
