Freud's tips are amazing. This set was stolen and I suspect the price is lower due to packaging issues. So, do what I did - order a kit and have it fixed in less than 10 minutes! Here's how: First, take a leather glove to remove the bits. Grab the bit with your gloved hand and swing it around as you pull it out. It's comfortable, but it works well and you won't hurt your dentures or fingers. With "lug" bits, you can begin the process by first prying with pliers and then pulling out with a gloved hand. After all the drill bits are removed, take the 1/2 inch drill bit and insert it into the cordless drill. Insert a drill bit into each hole and drill by moving it around in a circle, gently pressing on the outside edges in a circular motion. . It doesn't require much effort at all. Then vacuum the box to remove the rubber tips. I completed the entire process in less than 10 minutes and now the tips are secure and easy to remove with your fingers.
