We bought this to make toy soaps. I weighed the blocks (I bought 10lbs so got two 5lb bags well wrapped) and they weigh exactly 5lbs each. This soap base was easy to work with. The soap base was clear when melted in the microwave. My kids added colors and scents, poured plastic toys into soap molds. It was easy to use even for beginners like us. Highly recommended. soap quality. My daughter has used this soap and says it lathers well and doesn't melt quickly. The soap is easily cut with a kitchen knife - the soap base was at room temperature. It didn't have a strong smell. When we sniffed, it picked up the smell well. Got the color very well. In general very satisfied with the product. I will buy again.
