Broke after taking it out of pocket
The message was beautiful but imagine giving it to your mother and when you try to put it on her the chain breaks. That's exactly what happened. How embarrassing. Luckily I had tweezers so I could fix it myself, but I didn't pay $50 to fix a piece of jewelry that was supposed to be a loving gift. Very disappointed.
