Good platform for upselling. Easy to use. Good customer care team that is responsive and willing to assist. The tool could be more user friendly considering it uses Microsoft Excel and Vue tools to process data, however, most of this can be avoided by using more intuitive software. The tool makes generating high quality prospect lists very easy and fast. It also increases my revenue from other upsell opportunities. I highly recommend using their tool as it delivers results time and again for increased revenues. Upselling and cross-selling. Easy access to contact details. Fast action. Data entry at times is annoying. I was looking for an automation tool that can be used by my entire organization without any hassle of integrating it into each individual system. The software is very easy to use even if one has no technical knowledge at all. It's worth every penny spent as this will save time & money over long term. No issues so far but would love to see better UI/UX when compared to other similar tools available in market today. Automation process within multiple departments across different geographies.
