These devices have made many people in our office happy. However, there seem to be issues with one of the devices in one particular location (we've bought 4 in the last 6 months). it is susceptible to interference from other wireless devices that have not yet been identified. In most cases it takes several attempts to press the button on the earbud before it turns on and picks up the phone. Again, we swapped out the device for many identical devices in that location to find that the problem was unique to that location. The same device, even after replacement, does not show this problem when installed in a different place. We are grateful for suggestions. Techs say the device is fine (which I agree). But no other help could be offered.
