It's flexible and long enough to work well for my needs. I like that nothing interferes with your view of the screen - some have clips that get in the way. The suction is good (I use it on the windshield) and keeps the phone SECURE over bumps and all. I have a Moto G6 phone which is almost 6.25 inches diagonal and fits great (with room to cut out), although the specs say it fits 3.5 to 6 inches. I had an almost identical phone from another seller. about 5 years - until the pins broke under the suction cup. The only issue I had with my previous one was in extreme heat or cold - it wouldn't stick to the windshield in extreme temperatures. I can't talk to this one about it because I haven't used it in summer or winter. But that was so rare that it didn't outweigh all the positives. I'm sure I'll be very happy about that too. I would definitely recommend this. UPDATE: Less than 2 months later the support arm was no longer secure and it was wobbling from side to side. Looking back when installing the first one, I noticed that the plastic part that you press to attach it moved back and forth a bit. Apparently I have a defective one. I contacted them and they sent me a new one free of charge and with n about problems. Also, we had very hot and humid weather and I was surprised to see that it held securely to my windshield, unlike what I had from another company. I am very happy.
