I used it for the first time on 5/1 while playing golf. The wind started picking up late in the round. The umbrella started to get unstable and then got blown inside out. I put it back then folded it up. It wasn't until I used it again on 5/3 that I realized that one of the canopy supports had actually broken that first day. That's a shame because I really liked the umbrella's compact style and the automatic opener. It also looked really nice. But either I was just unlucky to get a defective one or the product is simply of poor quality. I didn't want to risk it either way so I asked for a refund rather than a replacement.
