I was having terrible migraines at work and decided to try blue light blocking glasses. There are so many to choose from and I wanted something sweet and it definitely is. I've been wearing them at work and at home in front of the TV for a week now and I can definitely see the difference. They have a slight yellow tinge but are not too noticeable to someone looking at you. I didn't have headaches, I slept better (according to my FitBit). My only two complaints about it: - The glasses get dirty pretty quickly, but I wiped them down with glass cleaner and they were like new! - they slip off my nose a bit but I have a hard time with glasses so the problem can only be my face. case that is easier to carry. I may have to buy another pair so I have one for work and home! Definitely worth your money!
