Less can be better!
The ideal amount with very little loss. The spatula worked well to spread the composition evenly over the chip. Used it to install a new fan and heatsink for the G-Sync chip in my Acer Predator X27 monitor. The fan has failed and the monitor has shut down due to overheating of the chip. Now it works like new again.
