I really thought - hoped that Samsung's AKG USB-C wired headphones (by Harmon) would be a great replacement for my old set, but after using them the sound quality was particularly the same Volume of the voice really wasn't that good. When I first noticed the AKG (by Harmon) logo on the headphones, I was surprised at how poor the sound quality was. And then came the reviews. Some wrote that the headsets would not work with their Samsung Ultra. I have the latest Samsung Note Ultra - big'n so I thought maybe my phone is the problem. And then I replaced the silicone earbud with a bigger one and BAM! What I experienced was a simple noise and that was it. After years of using the iPhone, I have to admit that the silicone earpiece inserted into the ear canal is not perfect, but after a while it becomes quite comfortable. It's just a matter of getting used to it. And I like the feel of the "cloth" on the cord and it feels thicker and doesn't tangle. If any of you have the same volume problem, switch to a larger silicone ear. piece and try again.
