UPDATE JUNE 2021 (annual update): I've been using these buds sporadically for over a year. NO issues with them, the batteries last forever and I've had no issues connecting to the 3 different phones I've had in the time I've had them. According to everyone I spoke to on the phone the mic has great sound and they have great sound quality as well as great volume. They are so great and so reliable that I ended up buying more for my family, they love them too. I firmly believe that these buds offer the best value for money. Overall, I've had one of the happiest purchases I've had in a long time. ORIGINAL REVIEW, MAY 2020: I am blown away by the excellent quality of these headphones. At the same time, the company paid great attention to details. The headphones and charging box are of very high quality. I can't believe the sound coming from these things for only the $20 I paid for them. Bass and treble are very good. The sound is super clear. I haven't been this impressed with something I bought in a long time, I think it's a $20 bargain. If you are reading this do not waste your time looking for other headphones, you will not find better quality in this price range. It is great. Definitely a big 5 stars from me.
