I think the shoes are great! For a size 10 woman personally, the more you walk, the wider the shoe gets. Unfortunately, my foot isn't very wide, so no matter how I tighten the laces, the heel pops out. I think it's also because he doesn't have a lot of ankle support. Shoes tend to yellow in the sun and outdoors, but you should change them every season if you play a lot after two years. I ordered a new pair and put the old one in the wash with some bleach. Really very well cleaned! Also, this is a hardcore outsole that picks up a lot of clay when you play hardcore so give it a good pet before you get home ;) but overall it's a great shoe! Great arch support and really what a tennis shoe should be.
