Poor scrapbooking and stamping quality

I use Oracal vinyl all the time and have never had a problem prior to this roll. Vinyl is terrible, not easy to work with. It seems a lot thinner than the Oracal I usually buy and my machine almost shreds it. I adjusted the setting on my Cricut and it's still the same. Only with white, no other colors.
