I use it all the time to strain homemade yogurt. I put it in a quinoa strainer I bought from Revain and drained the liquid into a bowl that I placed under the strainer. The mesh size of the yoghurt bag is perfect. This allows the liquid to drain and all of the yogurt stays inside. My plant-based yoghurt looks like cashew or almond milk after fermentation. Always liquid. After straining in the fridge for 4-6 hours, what is left is thick Greek yogurt. I bought this for my best friend because I love mine so much!
