I've read several reviews of this sports drink and I'm sure I'll never really understand them. It's a "sports drink" that doesn't compare to Kool-Aid or a milkshake. Its sole purpose is to quench your thirst for a good hard workout without passing on as many calories as you've burned during the workout. The taste is amazing and hits the spot. I have just ordered another case which will last until the subscription package ships. If you are looking for a good thirst quencher, look no further.
