The main purpose of purchasing this device was to allow my MacBook to connect to two external monitors so they are all different and extend the same desktop. This is what all the promotional images show, only warning that it will only support 30Hz at 4k. However, the product only mirrors displays, which appears to be a limitation of the product, as shown in the Anker team's answer to the question. I am really disappointed in this false advertisement of this product with promotional images and language and will be returning this product. I usually love Anker products and I'm sure this would be a great product otherwise; I'm just frustrated by the lack of transparency on this article.
