Last night 7/2/2013 I used this to pump out the old petrol that was in my boat 201 Pro XL Stratos. I blew up the engine last year. I'll bring it to the store this Saturday. I still have a few liters of petrol left over from last year. I did not prepare the gas as usual every year. So, I know I finally got an engine overhauled. I didn't want my new engine to use that old gasoline. I know some of you will say I was stupid for doing that, but I'm sure the gas wasn't that bad, but still I know these new 2-strokes and old 2-strokes don't like ethanol either. Especially if he sat in the gas tank for a while. It absorbs moisture that will damage ANY 2-stroke engine. So I pumped it into two cars and three 5 gallon cans of gas with this pump. It took a long time to pump out more than forty gallons of gas. He did it without even making a mess. I still had to buy an extra 20 foot of 1/2 inch vinyl tubing to use it. The one that was there was too short to get into my boat and also to get to my cars. When I was done, I washed the pump. I'll let you know if it works just as well next time I use it. I can only recommend this pump!
