*update* Added photo of cleaning time. In fact, the cleaning process of the old battery takes about 30 minutes longer. Highly recommended. I've had a 960 for about 4 years. Do it 2-3 times a week. Replace normal parts about 2 times a year as expected. However, you can tell that the battery doesn't last that long. I bought it to replace and give it extra time while running and it actually added 20 minutes to the run time. My house is 75% tile but when I first lit it up with a new battery it lasted a full 20 minutes longer before needing a charge. I was very impressed. Great upgrade!
