Great product but no installation template but called customer service and they directed me straight to their website where I could print! Excellent customer support! Note: the jig requires you to drill the whole thing down about 1/2 inch (I have a little OCD), so no matter how you use the bed extension, it's a bit tilted. (Not flat) But it performs all its functions perfectly. I think I'll remove and drill the holes a bit higher so it's flat when I use the extension. (Look at my photo if you can't see it at a slight angle then I have Ultra OCD but if you can just use the template but just lift it 1/2" to 5/ 8" on.
