He must be good on his bird paws

He's on it all the time and takes a little nap in there. And he loves poking around in tiny bits of sand. I use a damp paper towel to clean the surface, which takes some effort to clean due to the texture, but well worth the effort given the birds' enjoyment of this perch. I'm glad I got it and also as a gift to a friend who has 2 birds. Her two parrots are sleeping there. I would say it was a winner.
