Great little tool. My daughter and I have very thick hair. It's especially difficult for mine because they're curly (I have curly hair types 3A and 3B). My daughter has always had trouble reaching her scalp resulting in shampoo and conditioner not reaching her scalp which leads to dandruff and dandruff. Since she started using it, it stopped. It became much easier for both of us to get to the root stem. For people who say "just use your nails," this works better. I've had long and short nails and this still works better. It is easy to grab and clean. No complaints here.
