These tins are perfect. We have flour in the largest, sugar in the second largest, herbal tea bags in the third largest, and baking powder in the smallest. (We often use baking soda for cleaning, so we use quite a bit and like to have it on hand.) While others say the seal in their canisters wasn't effective enough and/or the canisters were too small, I don't started with it. have any of the same problems. I was actually surprised at how well they seal (no moisture issues) and how big they are. These are not long term storage containers. They're probably best used for a few items that you use often enough to conveniently keep on your counter. Either way, they're too pretty to hide!
