I love spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking, but mixing by hand is too time consuming and sometimes too difficult. It was exactly what I needed. I cut my time in half with this! There are three different attachments and six different speeds for different products. There is a hook for dough, bread loaf, pizza dough or pasta. The dough hook works best at speed settings 1-3z. There's a whisk that's perfect for salads, cookies, or pancake batter. The whisk works best at speeds 3-4. Then there's the whisk, which works great with eggs, cream, cakes or sauces. The whisk works best at speed 5-6. The motor is all copper and runs very fast. The bowl is a large size, 8.5 quarts. It holds everything I need with no issues. I like that it comes with bias protection. It saves so much time cleaning and I never have to worry about putting it on myself. The blender is equipped with a suction system to ensure stability during blending to prevent it from slipping or moving. The kit also includes a spatula to help apply that last drop to the edges of the bowl. This is the perfect blender and I am very glad I bought it, would definitely recommend.
