Easy to use and effective for social media marketing
The product has helped to increase our customer engagement through its use of social media channels.The platform allows us to provide better service for customers who have been with us for many years but are no longer using their account.As an example, we can now reach out more effectively to those clients who haven't logged in for some time by posting reminders that they may be interested in coming back.
We also like how easy it is to update content on the site - this means less work!Although I know there are probably loads of things one could say about this software, what I love most about VGG's products is the simplicity of them. This makes life easier as you don't need any IT support or training to set up your website/social networks etc.The fact that everything works well together without having to think too much about which piece should go where is brilliant. There isn't anything really that I dislike at present.

- Easy access from anywhere via mobile device.
- Allows me flexibility when setting my own schedule around managing accounts online instead being tied down behind desks all day long waiting until someone comes along (which never happens)
- Some sort automated email notification function would make everyone’s lives sooo simple!
- Possibly lower price point if not offering such good value
