Excellent Customer Service! I received my order with a flat tire, not only did they get back to me very quickly, they also sent me two new tires along with a brand new set and design! Very happy with this brand. Now the downside is that the manual is very difficult to read and follow. Definitely not for beginners but I would say once you know your stitches and how to follow the color guide it should be pretty easy.
