Don't pull out the zirc
Mine only worked with the first few bottles of wine. Then he will enter the cork and not pull out the cork. I thought it might be because the wine was older and the cork was dry so I waited to try again. The problem is that we didn't open that many bottles. When I realized the opener wasn't working I missed the return window by 4 days. So I was just spending my money. Don't buy this
