Review on Kuchenprofi Parma Vegetable Peeler: Premium 18/10 Stainless Steel for Effortless Peeling by Richard Messar

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Until American companies stop importing Chinese garbage and.

. Start making things, I will continue to buy German products, like this delicious kitchen time saver. Most people wouldn't think of a peeler review. It's too unimportant to justify typing anything. However, if you cook long enough and care about the quality of your creations, this simple kitchen tool will bring a smile to your face. I'm not going to compare it to the dingy, wasteful vegetable peelers that typify the American kitchen company's "brand names" that are "designed in America" and made in Shandong. In a word, they cause contempt from anyone who values quality. Throw out that cheap "brand crap" in my kitchen and you'll know what I'm talking about. These companies care more about profit than perfection. If there's a better vegetable peeler than this, I haven't used it. I've been peeling for 40 years and I needn't tell you that you peel the surface of carrots, radishes, potatoes, sweet potatoes and if you cut your knuckles with dull knives or peel them with a knife your hands will be scarred for years and leave them there uncleaned. Just not with this knife. It's light, slim, smooth, clean and precise. I am looking for foods that can be cleaned in the kitchen drawer with this tool. It's balanced, the right size to hold. It is neither too long nor too short and cuts the skin to a very good size. But its outstanding quality is its speed. Oh man, it's like cleaning oil with this device. This is a beautiful 18/10 stainless steel. To clean it, hold it under water and the stream will wash away any food debris. I could go on. You will love this wonderful scrub. And now there is a rating.
