Just not with this knife. It's light, slim, smooth, clean and precise. I am looking for foods that can be cleaned in the kitchen drawer with this tool. It's balanced, the right size to hold. It is neither too long nor too short and cuts the skin to a very good size. But its outstanding quality is its speed. Oh man, it's like cleaning oil with this device. This is a beautiful 18/10 stainless steel. To clean it, hold it under water and the stream will wash away any food debris. I could go on. You will love this wonderful scrub. And now there is a rating.
