You have to take it completely apart to slip it through the belt loops every time you put on your pants! Expect it to be great with all the reviews, negative should be number one

Pros

Click like a race car seat belt!! Feels good, looks ready and I can't wait to use it at work. worth your money.

Cons

I have no idea how to wire it up, it looks like there's a part missing that needs to be snapped in place.
