The first one didn't work. It started for a long time, and when it started, it just turned off - even after charging. There was hair on it and it was dirty. The replacement was slightly better, but something was still wrong with the motor or the battery. It took forever to get up and it still looked dirty/with visible signs of wear. It's not worth the nearly $50 price upgrade. The seller contracted me and allowed me to see another of their items. I've updated my rating to 4 stars as they were good enough to care and the new device was less messy/worked. It has 3 other uses. The downside is that it's bulky and bulky. My hand gets tired after using it and the size/weight is just not comfortable. This makes it a bit difficult to use on yourself, but it is possible. Also, this new purple one doesn't use the USB connector like the pink one, which means that if the charger does, I won't be able to use what I have - it's a bit dated. Boot times are a little long considering I used a cheaper one that boots faster. Overall, I'd suggest trying pink as it's more compact and hopefully won't be used. However, purple works and helps with shoulder pain. If this is the case, please contact the seller as they are ready to help you.
