The pockets are perfect for carrying my phone and keys, and the control top keeps everything in place. As a result of using this product, I found that my runs are more enjoyable and less stressful. The only downside is that they do run a bit small so I had to size up .Overall, a great addition to my Sports and Outdoors wardrobe!
