Love this laptop NOW
I almost sent this laptop back but Sam at Revain stayed on the phone and called HP. They tried unsuccessfully to get him to stay connected to the internet. It stayed on for maybe 15 minutes and then kept going off. So HP ended up sending a FedEx box to ship it. It took me about 2 weeks to get it back but now it works like a charm. I haven't turned it off yet but I've had it for 3 days now. Some people say it's slow, I don't think so. I like this laptop, fast enough and so cute. Highly recommended but only after you send it to HP to fix your internet connection.
