Although the bag is a little smaller than expected, it is well made and serves my purpose. There is a slight odor that others have discussed in their reviews but I knew that when I agreed to purchase this bag. Nice soft leather and the length is perfect for me at 5ft 3in. Update: Here it is 2 years later and the wallet is holding up but still has that chemical smell. However, when exposed to the rain, this bag left a black strap stain on one of my daughter's favorite tops. It was really embarrassing, plus I'm not sure I can get the color off her top. I wanted to take a picture while she was in it but got too busy working out the stains once I saw the top. My recommendation: don't buy it! I'm only changing my ratings to 2 stars because it's still a well made bag, not because it can ruin your clothes.
