Works but with errors. on spare parts for the tablet

Works but suffers from some shortcomings. If you have no experience with electronics I don't recommend doing it yourself. The first one I ordered had a dead spot on the top left next to the time and date drop down menu. Kakushiga sent me a replacement and I received it in about 3 days. The replacement they sent me worked, but the adhesive used doesn't hold up as well as the original screen. The original glue feels sticky, but this one feels like cheap double sided tape. Near the bottom where the TouchID sits, the adhesive doesn't stick as well as the rest of the glass and causes the glass to stick out. This can cause dust to get on the screen or the button to get stuck. I might end up putting in another piece of tape to fix this myself, but I'm not going to take it apart again to get another replacement. It's not worth the time. If you want to fix your iPad and don't have the tools, you might be better off buying a $50 kit from iFixit.
