I bought this for my husband's home office. He suffers from allergies so I bought this to clear the air. After the first start the filter change light came on. I knew the filter was fine since it was brand new so I followed the instructions to reset it. The next day I received an email from the seller stating that this appears to be a bug noticed by the manufacturer and that the block or filter is fine and just needs to be reset. I was very grateful for the seller's quick response and for the pointers. Buying goods online can be very impersonal as you never meet the seller. When you receive an email from a seller about a product you have purchased, you feel that they care and are more willing to help you if there is a problem with the product. So far everything else is working well except for one small hiccup. There is only one replacement filter. It's not very expensive and it's very easy to make. I recommend this product.
