Our grandsons enjoy this wagon. While it says it is for 18 months and up our younger grandsons enjoy the ride. Our youngest grandson can sit up well but we use a pillow or blanket for extra protection and our 12 month old grandson has no problem sitting in it. We make sure the safety belts are used but don't rely on them alone to keep the kids safe when on rough terrain. We have gravel and dirt driveways but it still pulls well with the younger boys. Not so well on rough terrain with our older great grandson because of the added weight. Works well with the older great grandson when on level paved surfaces.
