I was apprehensive about ordering this stretcher because some reviews mentioned it was difficult to assemble, but after seeing it in person (I work at a veterinary clinic and the customer brought a cat into one of them) it was too cute and too good a price to pass up. It was MUCH easier to put together than any hard plastic carrier you will find, you just need to attach the side panel to the top and bottom. It took me probably 1 minute with no disappointment. It's a good size for most cats and is the perfect middle ground between a hard plastic carrier and a soft one. It feels amazingly durable and my cats jumped in as soon as I put it on the floor so I'd say it's cat and human approved!
