Update 7/8/2019: Upgraded to four stars thanks to excellent customer service and the fact that the shower head worked well once you fixed the issues. If my other shower head hadn't broken, this would have been a comeback. The easily removable flow restrictor is a joke. You will need the entire tool kit, including screws. It was NOT easy for an elderly person with severe arthritis but I was finally healed. As for the hose that expands to 80 inches, that's a joke too. It will expand an additional 3-4 inches at best. I will have to buy a longer hose so I can wash my dog. I am not happy. Again, an elderly person with severe arthritis will require both hands to move the spray change lever. Buyer Warning! The ONLY positive thing is that it seems to have some power as I have terrible water pressure.
