I bought this because of its capacity and also because it didn't have any 'protruding' handles. I have a car camp so real estate is precious and this block (the only one I've found without handles) is perfect for it's place in my car. I hook it up to a 110 at my apartment to set it to the right temperature, add small bottles of frozen water, and take it to the car when I'm ready to hit the road. I suppose a strong man could load it fully into a car or truck, but I'm a petite woman and it's all I've ever tried to carry empty - without anyone's help. Things load when they're in my car. I run it at 12 volts while driving on 37F which keeps everything nice and cold. When I stop for the night I either leave it running on my power bank or just let it sit knowing the frozen ice bottles will keep it cool overnight. The refrigerator returns to the set temperature as soon as I move again. I think it's the perfect size and a wonderful price for the convenience of having cold meals without porridge, buying ice cream and then constantly getting your food soaked and having to drain the water from the cooler. I highly recommend this fridge/freezer/heater. It even came in handy when I was having fun and cooking more food than my fridge/freezer could hold.
