It's a bit flimsy so I wouldn't recommend it for frequent/heavy use. You also don't want to pack a lot of things in as the sides will buckle and the lid won't fit. But I use it to store some blankets that I don't use very often, so it suits me very well. And it doesn't look flimsy at all - the fabric case is well made, you only realize it's pretty cheap when you take the cover off and notice that the sides are a little wobbly. Otherwise it looks very nice. So overall I'm very satisfied. Bonus star because my cat loves to sit on it and look out the window too :)
